Investors in People
We are very proud of our main asset: our people. Some might say that is a bit of a cliché, but as an employer we are still driven by traditional family values which originate from our Executive Chairman, Nick Marshall, and filter through each layer of our business. A fact that has been recognised following an independent assessment during 2013; we were awarded the Investors in People Standard, a very prestigious and respected mark of good practice and something we are immensely proud of.
